You’re invited to the most horrifying spooktacular of the year!  The Halloween Bash in The Event Center at Silver Reef!  Saturday, October 29th from 9pm-1am!

DJ Bam Bam will be spinning the most ghoulishly groovy dance tunes.  At 11:00pm, look your best in your creepiest costume to win your share of over $1,000 in their costume contest!  And, the best part…IT’S ABSOLUTELY FREE!

We’ll see you in The Event Center at Silver Reef from 9pm-1am on Saturday, October 29th…if you dare! Muah-ha-ha-ha…


The Silver Reef Casino Resort’s Halloween Bash Costume Contest will take place at 11:00pm on Saturday, October 29, 2022 in The Event Center at Silver Reef, 4876 Haxton Way in Ferndale, WA. To participate in the Silver Reef Casino Resort’s Halloween Bash Costume Contest, participants need to be in their costume in The Event Center at Silver Reef, 4876 Haxton Way in Ferndale, WA, at 11:00pm on Saturday, October 29, 2022.

At 11:00pm on Saturday, October 29, 2022, any person that is in the Event Center at Silver Reef Casino Resort may participate.  Participants will stand in front of the stage and display their costume for others in attendance.

After every participant has showed off their costume, those in attendance will have the opportunity to cheer for their favorite costume.  The music DJ (DJ Bam Bam) will have a decibel meter to measure the sound of the applause.  The costume with the highest number will win 1st place. The costume with the second highest number will win 2nd place.  The costume with the third highest number will win 3rd place.

In the event of a tie, the participants that are tied will have a second chance for the crowd to applaud, with the highest reading on the decibel meter deciding the placement.

The prizes in the Silver Reef Casino Resort’s Halloween Bash Costume Contest will break down as follows:

-1st Prize is $750 in “Silver Dollars” from the Silver Reef Casino Resort.
-2nd Prize is $500 in “Silver Dollars” from the Silver Reef Casino Resort.
-3rd Prize is $250 in “Silver Dollars” from the Silver Reef Casino Resort.

Value of the prizes is based on the amount of “Silver Dollars” awarded by Silver Reef Casino Resort.  Vouchers for the individual prizes will be made available through a voucher to the winner from the Silver Reef Casino Resort on October 29, 2022. Value of the prizes is based on the amount of “Silver Dollars” awarded by Silver Reef Casino Resort. Winners are responsible all applicable local, state, and federal taxes.  Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.  All administration of prizes will be handled by Silver Reef Casino Resort.

Winners must follow all COVID or health protocols put in place by Silver Reef Casino Resort, local, state, and national authorities.

KAFE 104.1 is not responsible for any event being postponed or cancelled.  If a cancellation or postponement occurs, no replacement prize will be offered.

Contest is open to all eligible residents, age 21 or older. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.  Participants are responsible to follow all Silver Reef Casino Resort contest rules.

Employees of KAFE, Saga Broadcasting, LLC dba Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the KAFE main studio are not eligible to win the contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

Silver Reef Casino Resort will make reasonable efforts to award prizes at the Silver Reef Casino Resort’s Halloween Bash on Saturday, October 29, 2022.
