KAFE 104.1 invites you out to the ballgame…along with our sister stations, for Cascade Radio Group Night with the Bellingham Bells on Tuesday, August 2nd!

We’re giving you the chance to be the first pitch honoree! Sign up below, and one winner will be randomly drawn the morning of July 22nd. You must be available to throw the first pitch at the Bells game on 8/2.


CONTEST RULES

To enter, listeners may log onto www.KAFE.com from 5:30am on Friday, July 15, 2022 through 5:30am on Friday, July 22, 2022 and complete a Bells First Pitch giveaway entry form.  All entries must include first and last name, phone number, email address, and date of birth.

At approximately 8:00am on Friday, July 22, 2022, one winner will be randomly drawn.  The winner’s name will be announced on KAFE 104.1 during Dave In The Morning at approximately 8:30am on Friday, July 22, 2022.  The winner will also be notified by telephone on July 22, 2022.

The winner will get the opportunity to be the first pitch honoree at the Bellingham Bells game during Cascade Radio Group night on August 2, 2022.

Total prize value $0.  Winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes.  Prize is not transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

The winner must be available and able to throw the first pitch at the Bells game on August 2, 2022. If the winner is deemed ineligible or unable to make it to the game, a new winner will be randomly selected. The winner must arrive 30 minutes prior to first pitch.

At approximately 8:00am on Friday, July 22, 2022, one winner will be randomly drawn.  The winner’s name will be announced on KAFE 104.1 at approximately 8:30am on Friday, July 22, 2022 during Dave In The Morning.  The winner will also be notified by telephone on July 22, 2022.

If, for any reason, the winning entry is found to be ineligible, it will be disqualified and a new, alternate winner may be drawn.

KAFE contests are open to all eligible Washington state residents, age 18 or older, that have not won anything on KAFE in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of KAFE, Saga Broadcasting, LLC dba Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the KAFE main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

Winners will be chosen in the sole discretion of KAFE. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

Entries containing inappropriate photos or music will be disqualified. Any photograph submitted to KAFE will become the property of KAFE and may be used in any manner it feels appropriate in the future. KAFE has the final say of what content is appropriate for the website. no use of indecent or obscene material, no content or material that is illegal, contains nudity or is sexually explicit, or by law, obscene, profane or pornographic is permitted. By entering this contest you are verifying that you are the owner and producer of the submitted material and that no third party ownership rights exist to the photo submitted. Must be 18 years or older to enter.

No purchase necessary. KAFE’s Sole responsibility will be to award the prize. KAFE will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prizes.
