When you’re making your Christmas Wish for a family member or friend, please be specific in what your wishing for.  Since Santa’s helpers do a lot of work with local business partners, it helps them in planning how many wishes we’re able to grant.

Need a little inspiration?  You can hear each of the wishes that were granted in 2019 at the links below.

KAFE Christmas Wish #1 – Danielle need new tires for her van. It’s especially important because she has to get her daughter to her medical appointments! Thanks to Les Schwab Tires on James Street in Bellingham for making this wish come true:

KAFE Christmas Wish #2 – Holly nominates her son, Brody, for a new hoverboard and helmet:

KAFE Christmas Wish #3 – Cassie And Erin – Cassie nominated her sister, Erin, for a little family fun. Thanks to Great Wolf Lodge for making it happen!

KAFE Christmas Wish #4 – Melinda nominated her sister, Maggie, who needed her car repaired.

KAFE Christmas Wish #5 – Jan nominated her client, Kim, who’s kids thought there wouldn’t be a Christmas this year. Well, Santa Claus begs to differ. Special thanks to Joe’s Christmas Trees and Yeager’s for their contributions.

KAFE Christmas Wish #6 – Kelcee wanted her Grandma Lu to have a day to herself.

KAFE Christmas Wish #7 – Linzy’s son had a health scare which landed him in Children’s Hospital earlier this year and Linzy lost her job while taking care of him. So, Christmas is really tight this year. We were able to help with a Christmas tree, courtesy of Joe’s Trees, some nice things to put under it, and Christmas dinner with help from Haggen Northwest Fresh.

KAFE Christmas Wish #8 – Laurette’s friend, Annalee is a single mom of two kids who’s always helping others.  She’s had some financial issues including a lawnmower that broke before she could get in the last mow of the year. Thanks to Hardware Sales and Yeager’s Sporting Goods for helping make this wish come true.

KAFE CHRISTMAS WISH 9 – Julie’s wish is that her 13-year-old daughter, Annie, have a proper bed to sleep in. Thanks to Wiser’s Furniture for helping make it happen. And, once again, Joe’s Christmas Trees helped too.

KAFE CHRISTMAS WISH 10 – Erin’s husband hasn’t seen his brother in years, but she says it would be a wonderful thing for him. Unfortunately, a trip to San Francisco just isn’t in the budget. Thanks to Bellair Airporter Shuttle for getting him to Seatac!

KAFE CHRISTMAS WISH 11 – Ashley’s daughter loves music. And mom wished for a musical night out to see the Nutcracker. Thanks to the Mt Baker Theatre and the Northwest Ballet Theater, we were able to give them a very special night.

KAFE CHRISTMAS WISH 12 – Veronica nominated her “Supermom,” Brandi, for some help with Christmas. Thanks to Evergreen Beauty College for the generous donation.

KAFE CHRISTMAS WISH 13 – Amelia’s friend, Ashley, is a school teacher in Mt Vernon. Some Grinch broke into her car and stole the iPad she uses in the classroom. We didn’t think that was right.

KAFE CHRISTMAS WISH 14 – Anastasia nominated her sister’s family – including their triplets! – who needed a few things for under the tree. Thanks to Launching Success Learning Store for helping make this happen.

KAFE CHRISTMAS WISH 15 – Darragha wished for repairs to her husband’s John Deere riding lawn mower. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair. But the amazing people at Washington Tractor didn’t give up. This one really is incredible.

KAFE CHRISTMAS WISH 16 – Tina’s friend has a 10 year old son who’s had a tough year. The one thing that makes him light up is cooking. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have much to work with. Thanks to Fullner Food Service, he does now! Also, our thanks to Haggen Food and Pharmacy for helping put something in the pans!

KAFE Christmas Wish 17 – Trevor nominated his girlfriend, Heidi and her kids. Wait, they want WHAT for Christmas? Thanks to CHS Northwest for making it happen!

KAFE Christmas Wish 18 – Julie nominated her 5 Kids. And she has one on the way! They’ve been through some stuff. So, the good people at Launching Success Learning Store, Yeager’s, and Haggen helped make Christmas happen for them.

KAFE CHRISTMAS WISH 19 – Kirsti’s daughter is a musician in high school. Her one wish is for a drum kit. Our thanks to Flax4Life and Guitar Center for helping make it happen.

KAFE CHRISTMAS WISH 20 – Carol made a promise to take her kids to the Lights Of Christmas at Warm Beach Camp in Stanwood. Then some rats took all her money! Fred Meyer also supplied a gas card to help them get there!
