A man caught trespassing at Selena Gomez’s California home twice in the same week has been charged with felony stalking and told to stay away from the singer’s estate or face a lengthy jail spell.

Che Cruz was arrested outside the “Come and Get It” singer’s home in Calabasas a week ago, but he showed up there again on Friday just hours after he was released from jail.

Cruz now faces a misdemeanor charge of violating a court order for returning to Gomez’s home.

He appeared in court last Wednesday on the first trespassing charge and was sentenced to probation and 45 days in jail but was released two days later due to jail crowding.

Now, he has been charged with felony stalking and violating a criminal order of protection.
