Repeat molester heads to prison

BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A man with a history of molesting children is going to prison for preying on two young girls.

Keith Rosser pleaded guilty in Whatcom County Superior Court to two counts of second degree child molestation and was sentenced to three years in prison.

The Bellingham Herald reports Rosser was already a registered sex offender when he molested the girls, who were in elementary school at the time.
