POINT ROBERTS, Wash. – A man who helps children for a living has been busted in Whatcom County.

Federal agents say he was trading in child porn.

Delta B.C. school psychologist William Brook lives in Point Roberts.

Federal prosecutors say Brook downloaded hundreds of child rape photos and videos.

Acting on a tip, agents detained Brook at the Point Roberts border crossing.

They say he admitted to exchanging photos of children on chat websites.
