BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Blue Skies for Children is collecting backpacks for homeless and low-income children for back to school.

People can drop off backpacks at Culinary Creations in Fairhaven or take them directly to Blue Skies for Children on Cedarwood Avenue.

They also accept cash donations.
