We found a random list of things that can make you happy in both the short and long term. Some are good reminders of things you probably already know, like getting a good night’s sleep, helping other people or living in the moment.
But some are a little less intuitive, like being around the color blue, gossiping or watching a tragic movie.
Other tips that made us happy? Organize a room in your house, live in the moment, play with puppies, smile more (even if you have to fake it), give more hugs, sit up straight, go shopping and listen to some upbeat music (hey, we know a radio station that can help with that last one!).
