ENTRY DEADLINE:

“Last Chance Entries” may be submitted at Silver Reef Hotel Casino Spa during a special LIVE KAFE Broadcast from 3pm-7pm on Wednesday, July 24, 2013.

All qualifiers that entered to participate in the KAFE Dream Home Do-Over Grand Prize event prior to July 24, 2013 MUST register at the Silver Reef Hotel, Casino, Spa between 5:30pm-6:45pm on July 24, 2013.  Any person in the registration line at 6:45pm will be allowed to continue the registration process.  After 6:45pm, any person that tries to enter the registration line will be disqualified, but may enter the “Last Chance Qualifier” drawings.  When registering, each finalist will be required to show WashingtonState issued identification to verify their identity.  Finalists will also be required to complete a waiver/release form.

WHEN PRIZES CAN BE WON:
Grand Prize will be awarded at the “KAFE Dream Home Do-Over Event” on Wednesday, July 24, 2013.  The event will start at 7:00pm with the grand prize contest beginning at approximately 7:15pm.

EXTENT/NATURE/VALUE OF PRIZES:
Grand Prize is a $10,000 credit to be used as the winner wishes amongst the 7 contest sponsors.  The contest sponsors are: Judd & Black, Lynden Sheet Metal, Innovations, Lyndale Glass, E & E Lumber, Western Solar, Buyer’s Market, and Pacific Paint & Decorating.

BASIS FOR VALUATION OF PRIZES:
Grand Prize value is based on the amount of credit made available by Cascade Radio Group.

TIME AND MEANS OF SELECTION OF WINNER:
At approximately 11:00am on Monday, July 22, 2013, we will randomly draw 12 qualifiers from each of the sponsor entry boxes.  Sponsors with entry boxes at multiple locations will all be combined into one entry box.  There will be 96 total qualifiers in this manner.  Qualifiers will be notified by telephone.

At approximately 7:05pm on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, we will randomly draw 8 qualifiers from entries submitted during a special KAFE Broadcast at Silver Reef Hotel Casino Spa.  Qualifiers must be present to be eligible to compete for the grand prize contest.  In addition, if any pre-qualified participants do not pre-register during the specified time, we will fill their spot with entries drawn from these entries until we have a total of 104 qualifiers.

There is a limit of one qualifier per household.

During the “KAFE Dream Home Do-Over Grand Prize” event, we will randomly draw names of finalists that have pre-registered.  Once a finalist’s name is drawn, they will personally select 1 key from up to 104 keys, each with an individual, pre-assigned number.  They will then use the key to attempt to unlock a door that is on-stage.  If it opens the door, they are the winner.  If not, the contest will continue with the next finalist.  Once a key is selected and played, it will be removed from the contest, with no replacement.  If, for some reason, the winning key does not open the door, a KAFE staff member will intervene and present a sealed envelope with the winning key number to name the winner.

KAFE contests are open to all eligible U.S. Citizens, residing in Washington state, age 21 or older have not won anything on KAFE in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. WHEN PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED:
We will make reasonable efforts to award Qualifying Prizes within 30 days after winning.

The Grand Prize will be awarded after the winner has completed all applicable tax forms.  Due to the value of the prize, a W-9 must be completed and a copy of a Washington State issued ID must be submitted at the Cascade Radio Group offices during regular business hours.  Listener has until Friday, August 23, 2013 to fill out the paperwork at the Cascade Radio Group offices.  After that date, if the paperwork has not been filled out, the winner will forfeit the prize.  The winner will be issued an embossed letter on KAFE letterhead to present at the sponsors of their choice as they spend their winnings.  Cascade Radio Group will then cut a check directly to the sponsor.  The winner has until November 30, 2013 to use their winnings.  At that time, any remaining balance will be forfeited.  Once the winner has a remaining balance of $50 or less, we will cut them a check for the difference.
