HOW TO ENTER/PARTICIPATE:
To enter, complete an entry form at www.KAFE.com between midnight on Monday, November 25, 2013 through 4:59pm on Friday, November 29, 2013. Entrants must include all required registration information to register and agree to terms for UPICKEM.  To participate, you must be a member of the KAFE E-Club and a registered user through UPICKEM.  One entry per person.

ENTRY DEADLINE:
Entries will be accepted between midnight on Monday, November 25, 2013 through 4:59pm on Friday, November 29, 2013.

WHEN PRIZES CAN BE WON:
One winner will be drawn at approximately 5:00pm on November 25, November 27, and November 29.  Winner will be notified by telephone.

EXTENT/NATURE/VALUE OF PRIZES:
Each winner receives 4 – 10 oz. frozen yogurt treats from Just Peachy.  Retail value is $18.

BASIS FOR VALUATION OF PRIZES:
Prize value based on retail value, as stated by Just Peachy.

TIME/MEANS OF SELECTION OF WINNER:
At approximately 5:00pm on November 25, November 27, and November 29, we will randomly draw one entry from all entries submitted.  If the winner is deemed to be an ineligible entry, it will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.  Winner will be notified by telephone.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
KAFE contests are open to all eligible US Citizens, residing in Washington state, age 18 or older, that have not won anything on KAFE in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of KAFE, Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the (station) main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

WHEN PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED:
We will make reasonable efforts to award prize within 30 days after winning.  Winner will be notified by telephone.
