HOW TO ENTER/PARTICIPATE:
To enter, listeners can text the word “DMB” to 77000. Entries limited to one text per day (midnight – midnight).  U.S. Carriers only.

ENTRY DEADLINE:
All texts should  be entered between 12:00am on August 19, 2013 through 4:59pm on August 23, 2013.

WHEN PRIZES CAN BE WON:
1 winner will be drawn at approximately 5:00pm each weekday from August 19, 2013 through August 23, 2013.

EXTENT/NATURE/VALUE OF PRIZES:
Each winner will receive 2 tickets to see Dave Matthews Band in concert at The Gorge Amphitheatre on Sunday, September 1, 2013.  Total value is $123.

BASIS FOR VALUATION OF PRIZES:
Value is based on face value of tickets plus applicable taxes and fees at LiveNation.com.

TIME/MEANS OF SELECTION OF WINNERS:
1 winner will be randomly selected at approximately 5:00pm each weekday from August 19, 2013 through August 23, 2013.  Winners will be announced on the air and notified by telephone.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
KAFE contests are open to all eligible US Citizens, residing in Washington state, age 18 or older, that have not won anything on KAFE in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of KAFE, Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the (station) main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

WHEN PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED:
We will make reasonable efforts to award prizes between the date of winning and September 1, 2013.
