Cookin’ with KAFE – Berry Cobbler

Berry Cobbler

  • 2lbs+ berries
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup of oats
  • ½ cup of flour
  • ½ cup of butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Keep the butter cold slice the butter, and pour over all the ingredients (brown sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon). On the cutting board, chop all of the ingredients with a knife carefully to incorporate the butter. Put the sweetened berries in a greased pan.  Pour the ingredients on the cutting board over the sweetened berries and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
