HOW TO ENTER/PARTICIPATE:
Listeners can enter the contest by completing an entry form at www.KAFE.com between 12:00am on Monday, April 29, 2013 through 4:59pm on Friday, May 3, 2013.  Entrants must include all required registration information to register for UPICKEM.  To participate, you must be a member of the KAFE E-Club and a registered user through UPICKEM.

ENTRY DEADLINE:
Entries will be accepted between 12:00am on Monday, April 29, 2013 through 11:59pm on Friday, May 3, 2013.

WHEN PRIZES CAN BE WON:
Prizes will be drawn each weekday from April 29, 2013 through May 3, 2013 at approximately 5:00pm.  Winner will be notified by telephone.

EXTENT/NATURE/VALUE OF PRIZES:
Each daily winner will win a pair of tickets to see 3 Doors Down at the Evergreen State Fair on August 28, 2013 (tickets include gate admission to the fair).  Value of the prize is $70.

BASIS FOR VALUATION OF PRIZES:
Prize value based on face value of the tickets.

TIME AND MEANS OF SELECTION OF WINNER:
Each weekday during the contest, at approximately 5:00pm, one winner will be randomly drawn for that day’s prize.  If the winner is found to have an incomplete entry, an alternate winner will  be named.  One entry per person.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
KAFE contests are open to all eligible U.S. Citizens, residing in Washington state, 21 or older, that have not won anything on KAFE in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of KAFE, Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the KAFE main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

WHEN PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED:
We will make reasonable efforts to award prizes within 30 days after winning.

Pepper's Lonely Heart Club Band was a paean to LSD because of the initials in the title, but it was actually based on a drawing that John Lennon's young son Julian brought home from school. He told his father the drawing was of Lucy in the sky with diamonds.
