‘August: Osage County’ at BTG

The Bellingham Theatre Guild is proud to present “August: Osage County” by Tracy Letts, directed by Marla Bronstein. This Tony Award- and Pulitzer Prize-winning play, widely considered to be one of the most important works of the 21 Century, runs April 22nd to May 8th at at the BTG. (Note that this play carries content and language warnings; please see the website or call the ticket office for details).

Show times are Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 pm, with 2:00 pm matinees on Sundays. Tickets are $14 for adults, $12 for seniors 62+ and students. Ticketing is available online or 1:00 to 6:00 pm Tuesdays through Saturdays at the Guild Box Office.

16th Annual Children’s Art Walk

Everyone is welcome to stroll through downtown Bellingham and delight in the works of the younger art community! On Friday, May 6th from 6-9pm Whatcom County students will proudly display their works of art during the 16th annual Children’s Art Walk presented by Allied Arts of Whatcom County. There will be a number of activities for kids and adults, music, and more to celebrate the arts in schools. In addition, Allied Arts Gallery will feature professional work by Allied Arts Teaching Artists in Whatcom County. Art will stay on display through the month of May in honor of the state wide Arts Education Month

Art Walk in Bellingham

The first Friday of every month, the Downtown Bellingham Partnership invites you to explore the diversity of art venues in downtown Bellingham. Art Walk is a collaboration of downtown art galleries, studios, museums, shops, and restaurants showcasing the unique and creative talent found in Bellingham’s art scene. Art Walk maps and lists of venues will be available at the participating venues!
